This spicy mango-tomato salsa is a great addition to taco night!
Spicy Mango-Tomato Salsa Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 3-5 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2-1 medium red onion, diced
- 1/2 small jalapeno (seeds removed), finely chopped
- large bunch (1-2 handfuls) fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- pinch black pepper
Directions:
- Chop and add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl
- Add more lime and/or salt based on your preference
- Enjoy!
Notes:
This can be stored in a air-tight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
